Driven by a fascination with engineering, Jeffrey Huyghe explores the relationship between geometry, materiality and movement. As a product designer and Design Director at Modular Lighting Instruments, his work balances minimalism with technical complexity. Behind seemingly simple forms often lie complex rotation systems, hidden mechanisms and precise technical details. Materials such as aluminium, glass, steel and wood are chosen for both their appearance and their technical potential. Each object emerges from a continuous dialogue between idea, engineering, material behaviour and production technique.
