Arcarve chair

The Arcarve chair features a curved backrest (arc) and a hand-carved textured finish (carve). The natural-looking texture provides an unexpected finish on an industrial material such as aluminium. The seat, upholstered in waxed fabric, provides a stark contrast to the cool aluminium, both in colour and texture. I am currently working on new versions of this chair, with both the upholstery and the texture applied to the aluminium being adapted.
