Colu basket

Baptiste Vandaele exclusively presents his design for the Colu Basket by Normann Copenhagen. Inspired by the rhythm and elegance of Roman columns, he translated these classical forms into a contemporary storage object. The basket is made from recycled PET felt, sourced from plastic bottles, combining sustainability with refined design. The cut-out arches and integrated handles reflect his philosophy: form follows function. Colu Basket is lightweight, durable, and ideal for storing magazines, toys, or everyday items. With its subtle colours and balanced proportions, it seamlessly fits into any modern interior. Through Colu, Baptiste demonstrates how reuse and design can go hand in hand.
