Flag Exhibition Potloodvenster

Potloodvenster is an illustration festival that took place on 17 and 18 July at Bolwerk in Kortrijk. For two days, the focus was on illustration and creativity, with an illustration market, drawing sessions, workshops and talks. Visitors could also explore the colourful flag exhibition throughout the event.

For this flag exhibition, Potloodvenster and Designregio Kortrijk joined forces to launch an open call. Twelve creative artists were selected, each given the challenge of designing their own flag. The result? A surprising and colourful series of works that demonstrates just how many different stories, styles and ideas can be found within a single medium.
Following its run at Potloodvenster, the exhibition is now continuing its journey to the WONDER Festival.
